Shipments and returns


DPD Delivery

DPD is the delivery service which we use to ship our items. Parcels are normally sent in the late afternoon and customers usually receive them within 2 to 3 working days unless stated as next day delivery.

 Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD with tracking and drop-off without signature. A DPD courier will hand-deliver your parcel. When you place your order, you can indicate your home or your work address, as well as your instructions for handing over the parcel to a third party if you can't take delivery yourself. 

In Some rare case where we may have stock in the UK , this might extend to 4 to 5 days.

 Damaged in transit

Breakages of items must be reported within five working days of receipt to enable us to claim with our carriers. Any claim outside of this period cannot be supported.

 Customer Ordered in error 

If you have ordered a wrong item or you no longer require the Toner/Ink, please contact us at within 14 days of the invoice. A restocking charge is applied against the return credit, assuming the package is unopened, in pristine condition and with the original seals intact.

 Faulty Product / Warranty claim

If in the unlikely event that your Toner/Ink does not work and that there appears to a fault please use the standard returns process to get the item back to us and to receive a replacement.

 Incorrect Product

If we made a mistake and supply the incorrect Toner/Ink to you, please email us at within 14 days of the invoice date. Your query will be checked against your original order. Products must be unopened and in pristien condition and with the original seals intact.
